She does not swim. She drifts — and the ocean rearranges itself around her.

From the deep dark of the abyss, she rises — a crown of amber and rose, trailing ribbons of color that have no business existing this far from the light. Red, green, blue, gold — her tentacles spiral and twist like the last notes of a song you can’t quite remember, while tiny emerald orbs drift upward around her like secrets being released.

In the upper corner, something golden glows — a distant light, or perhaps a moon the ocean keeps for itself. She moves toward it, or away from it. It is impossible to tell, and that is exactly the point.
